Cost varies depending on the size of the accommodations. We have four regular rooms, six large rooms, and a two-room master suite; all with attached private bathrooms. All rooms are for single occupancy, with the exception of the master, which is perfect for two. The level of care needed does not affect the cost—we provide any necessary care for all residents with one monthly payment.
We include total care—including medication management, activities of daily living, incontinence, diabetes and Alzheimer’s care. Our staff members are Certified Caregivers, with ongoing training in the above mentioned areas. All our enriching activities, amenities, housekeeping, laundry and grooming services are also included. A few services incur additional fees, such as private transportation to doctor appointments and providing a caregiver escort, or perm and color services by the beautician. OTC medication, nutritional supplement shakes and toiletries are not included.
Chateaux Arcadia was built in 2002 and fully renovated in 2017. Finish levels and interior design were updated to provide a high-end, luxurious experience. The expansive home is 9,200 square feet, and includes a movie theater, game room, fitness center, full kitchen and visitor suite to accommodate out-of-town guests. We prepare three healthy meals, as well as daily snacks. If a resident doesn’t care for the meals as planned, we’re always happy to offer alternative options. We encourage residents to provide input for the menus, and we love making our residents’ favorites. Mealtimes are flexible and our full kitchen is always open for late-night snack and beverages. We’re also prepared to accommodate any special dietary needs or restrictions.

Yes, we accept long term insurance and are also available to assist with billing.
We include cable and WiFi in every room. Each room has telephone accessibility, but residents are responsible for arranging their own telephone service.
Chateaux caregivers are experienced in all three levels of assisted living care.
Supervisory: Supervision of all activities and daily living only. The resident will have a feeling of independence.
Personnel: We refer to this as hands-on care that includes assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management and all daily activities.
Directed: We are actively assisting in all daily activities and living. The resident will not know danger as a team member is always around.
Working with your senior’s health care providers, our registered nurse will make and implement any necessary changes to the care plan. Our caregivers are experienced in all levels of assisted living care and will adapt to the changing needs of your senior.
Laundry is done as often as our residents need.
Chateaux doesn’t have set visiting hours. Family and friends are encouraged to visit as often as they like. Enjoy a meal with your senior, join us for a craft or fitness activity, and please stay as long as you want. Our on-site visitor suite is perfect for out-of-town guests who wish to stay close to their loved one during their stay.
Yes, authorized friends and family are welcome to take their seniors off-property. Chateaux Arcadia is conveniently located just moments from arts, culture, parks, fine dining and high-end shopping. We hope residents and their families will enjoy these activities together. A caregiver escort can accompany you on outings for an additional fee.
The staff assesses the emergency situation and depending on what is the emergency is, how it is handled.
